Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total. We will only cover shipping costs if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. Please keep in mind that our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which can affect delivery times.

Undelivered Packages

We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. However, we are committed to accommodating damaged items and packages lost in transit. To initiate a claim, please provide proof of damage or loss within 5 days of receiving your goods, as stated in our refund policy.
