Due to external factors, some international shipping destinations may experience delays. 

Will I Have To Pay Customs?

When Will My Order Arrive?

Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 5-10 business days. The preparation time may vary based on the items ordered. Please be aware that delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, and other external factors.

A tracking number will be issued once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Arrival dates may vary depending on your country's customs and tariffs, so we recommend tracking your items using the provided tracking number.

Why Is My Order Partially Shipped?

In some cases, items may take longer to ship due to inventory availability. When this happens, we will send the items that are ready first, and the remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Cancellation/Changes 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
