You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging (including all tool kit items), and in the same condition as received. Please note that certain items, such as customized products and opened cosmetics, are not eligible for return.

Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Once approved, include your order number in the return parcel for quicker processing.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days) and credited back to your original payment method.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If you haven't received your refund after the specified processing time, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.
